Building a better world, uke by uke.
This is my building diary. I build ukuleles in my apartment workshop. I try to label the posts, so if you're interested in anything in particular you might find it by clicking the labels.

Reso full frontal
Ta-daa! Flanked by number 1 and number 29, the resonator uke looks quite big. It fits snugly in a concert case I had lying around. I felt so lucky when I noticed that.
I just recently sold my National US Steel reso (soprano sized) but even as I was contemplating selling it I had in mind I would eventually replace it with a wood-bodied reso.
turns out I've "replaced it" with an old banjo uke. :-) but someday I may run across the reso.
man, that's pretty!
