Building a better world, uke by uke.
This is my building diary. I build ukuleles in my apartment workshop. I try to label the posts, so if you're interested in anything in particular you might find it by clicking the labels.
Feel free to contact me if there is anything you want to ask, or even better; tell me.
I have to ask...I am from Venezuela and we have " el cuatro" what is the difference between this two instruments...is it only that one is smaller than the other one?
@Jukka: yes. Fretting is done, bridge glued. Only tuners, nut and oil (or shellac) left. @LYR: there's a bit of difference. Start with Wikipedia, I think that covers the ukulele quite good. @Grant Tim Lisa Trenton: ta!

Oooh! Nearly done. Yeah, I know - bridge, nut, tuners, fret dressing, finishing etc. But still oooh!
Is it tomorrow yet?
That is really fascinating. Thanks for sharing.
