I had a National steel-bodied reso for a while. I found it a trifle too jangly sounding (and way too heavy) but have given a lot of thought to a wood bodied one somewhere down the road.
the binding on the other soprano looks good to me.

I can't quit looking at this. And your work desk is a dump.
These are really fantastic. A friend of mine has a resonator and it's very cool.
And remember, clutter = genius.
